I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Peak seasons (spring and fall) fill up quickly, so earlier is always better!

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your session.

Life happens! If you need to cancel, please give at least 72hour notice. Retainer are non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule when possible. Your first reschedule is always free — however, any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

I recommend coordinating colors rather than matching outfits exactly. Avoid busy patterns and overly bright logos. When in doubt, send me your outfit ideas and I’m happy to give feedback!

I’ll monitor the forecast closely. If conditions are unsafe or unworkable, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.

You can expect your gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session date. Depending on the time of year and current workload, it’s possible to receive your photos sooner — I’ll always keep you updated on the timeline!
