FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
You can expect your gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session date. Depending on the time of year and current workload, it’s possible to receive your photos sooner — I’ll always keep you updated on the timeline!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please give at least 72 hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule when possible. Your first reschedule is always free — however, any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based out of Alexandria, VA and serve the surrounding area. I’m also available for travel — just reach out and we can discuss travel fees.
How does the process work?
1. Confirmation, Contract & Welcome
You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details, session date, and a welcome guide. Included is a short client contract to review and sign digitally — this protects both of us and sets clear expectations. Once signed, you're officially locked in and ready to go.
2. Planning Consultation
We'll connect for a short call or exchange messages to talk through your vision, preferred style, and any special requests. This is the time to share inspiration images, discuss locations, and ask any questions — I want your session to feel personal, not generic.
3. The Big Day
This is where the magic happens. I'll guide you through every moment so you never have to wonder what to do next. My goal is for you to feel relaxed, confident, and genuinely yourself — the best images always come from real, unguarded moments.
4. Gallery Delivery
You're fully edited, high-resolution images will be delivered to a private online gallery. You'll receive a link to view, download, and share your favorites. I handpick and edit every image with care, ensuring each one is something you'll want to hang on your wall.
